Prof Asrar Ghaus

Ritu Bhandari: Ms. Ritu completed her undergraduate studies from Panjab University Chandigarh and an MBA with a specialization in Marketing from Kurukshetra University. Ms. Ritu has been in the educational/training sector since 2003. She is currently a Lecturer in Business Communication and Leadership at IHM.

Brijraj Singh: Mr. Brijraj has over a decade in Hospitality operations specializing in all facets of Rooms Division and Customer Service. Mr Brijraj received his BA from Rajasthan University and completed a PG from PUSA Delhi in Accommodation and Operations Management. He has worked with major brands including: Carlson, Marriott and Park Hyatt in Dubai.

Harish Sachdeva: Mr. Harish heads German language studies at IHM and holds a BA from Punjabi University, BEd. from Guru Nanak Dev University, MA Punjabi University, MSc.(Geography)Punjabi University, MPhil in Geomatics from Global Open University Nagaland. Having lived in Germany, Mr. Harish has attained Professional German language qualifications to the B1 level.

Vinay Chamoli: Mr. Vinay is a Senior Lecturer in Food and Beverage Service. Mr. Vinay holds a Bachelors Degree in Humanities from the University of Delhi, 3 year Diploma in Hotel Management IHM PUSA, Masters Degree in HR from Annamalai University. He is a Certified Hospitality Educator through the Educational Institute of the American Hotel and Lodging Association.

Ashish Nilkhanj: Mr. Ashish Nilkhanj, Faculty, Food Operations Chef Lecturer at IHM is a graduate of Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Hotel Management Catering & Nutrition, Chandigarh.
Prior to his appointment, he worked in properties including the Imperial, New Delhi, Mountview, Chandigarh and at sea travelling to many parts of the globe. Mr. Nikhanj is active in many culinary presentations and conferences and holds vocational, professional and academic certifications.
